My parents spent two weeks at the Obermairhof and felt very comfortable. The apartment (Abendrot) was lovely: comfortably furnished with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean. The location, set back from the road on the hillside, is very quiet. The friendliness of the hosts deserves special mention. They were always available for questions or concerns. My parents loved being able to buy fresh produce directly from the farm (depending on availability: eggs, milk, potatoes). They wholeheartedly recommend the apartments and would gladly return.read more

It's like coming home! You arrive, receive a very friendly personal welcome, and are shown to your apartment. The apartments are clean and tidy, with LG flatscreen TVs with free HDMI connections, free Wi-Fi with a download speed of just under 6 MB/s, a small, fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher (!), parking spaces right outside, and a ski boot dryer in the basement. Each apartment has a small shower with a toilet. The Josef Obermair family is very friendly, personable, and always helpful! Whether it's providing a dishwasher tablet or recommending an excursion. And if you're coming to ski, you can even book him as a ski instructor at the "Klausberg." If there were 6 stars, I would gladly give them one.read more

Idyllic place! Wonderful, unspoiled village - the view from the apartment couldn't be more beautiful: of the village square and the church of San Giacomo. The kitchen window wasn't bad either: the mountains and the valley stretching towards Austria... We spent a wonderful week at the Obermairhof!!!! Tanja and her family are fantastic hosts and gave us information for exploring the area - which is full of beautiful things to do - but they were also welcoming and hospitable. Please note: the apartment is truly comfortable and very clean, there were four of us plus the dog, and very well equipped: the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher! We had a wonderful time at the Obermaihof! This was our second vacation here, which is unusual for us as we like to change our vacation locations, and we had such a great time, so much so that we'd love to repeat the experience. The large apartment has two bedrooms and everything you need for a beautiful, comfortable vacation. There's a play area for the kids, a grill for the adults... and the hospitality was excellent. We returned two days ago, and it was a wonderful vacation. The hosts, so kind, always welcomed us with a smile. The apartment has everything we need, and in the morning, upon request, the lady would bring us fresh milk. The farm enjoys an enviable location, on a small promontory near the little church. Our children played in the internal garden... It felt like heaven.read more
